Aniruddha is one of the first internationally certified trainer of Nonviolent Communication from India. For past 14 years he has shared Nonviolent Communication training internationally. He has also led International Intensive Training (IIT) along with Dr. Marshall B Rosenberg the founder of Nonviolent Communication.
At the moment he shares Nonviolent Communication as an Independent trainer with the socially and economically deprived communities of India. Through his training he tries to empower them and help them to get back their voice.
Besides this he is a freelance CORPORATE TRAINER & A MINDFULNESS COACH. Basically he is a MBA graduate and he specializes in marketing. Over a period a 24 years he has trained more than 80000 people in his live training sessions. In the corporate world he has worked with top CEO’s of Multinational companies. He has trained people from auto industry, to people in the beauty industry, from banking sector to Non governmental organisation.
He is also associated with schools and spiritual communities. In his training's he integrates both the Western and the Eastern Philosophies, that is to say he brings together the business management knowledge and the mindfulness consciousness in his training programs. For more than 17 years he's been sharing mindfulness-based leadership in the corporate world. Besides mindfulness, he loves playing with the energy. He is a healer and Qi- Gong practitioner. He loves sharing with people what he knows, it gives him such a joy to see the transformation taking place. He is passionate about serving people and making a difference to their life.
Marshall Rosenberg (October 6, 1934 – February 7, 2015), was an American clinical psychologist. He developed Nonviolent Communication, a communication process that "helps people to exchange the information necessary to resolve conflicts and differences peacefully".
Marshall B Rosenberg was the founder of the Center for Nonviolent Communication, an international peacemaking organization.
